HOI AN TWILIGHT FOODIE ADVENTURE & HANDS-ON CULINARY EXPERIENCE

At 3:00 PM, you will be picked up from your hotel by motorbike and local drivers to begin an exciting afternoon culinary journey through Hoi An.

The first stop is a traditional Cao Lau noodle-making house with more than 50 years of history, where the craft has been preserved and passed down through five generations of the same family. Here, you will discover the authentic process behind one of Hoi An’s most iconic dishes while exploring traditional tools, stone mills, ovens, and handmade production methods still used today.

Afterward, ride into Hoi An Ancient Town to enjoy a delicious bowl of authentic Cao Lau, followed by flavorful local grilled pork specialties served with a soft drink.

Next, visit a traditional White Rose dumpling workshop, where you will learn how this famous Hoi An specialty is made, create your own dumplings, then enjoy them fresh with crispy fried wontons.

The journey then continues through the peaceful Tra Que Vegetable Village countryside to a charming local garden café. Upon arrival, relax with a BBQ set featuring fresh local seafood including grilled squid and prawns, accompanied by two draft beers while enjoying the beautiful sunset views over the vegetable fields before returning to your hotel.
