About the Role
We are hiring a Guest Relations Officer to be the friendly face of Rose Travel — ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at the office and on-site
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and special requests
- Coordinate VIP guest arrangements
- Assist with check-ins, transfers, and tour briefings
- Maintain guest records and follow-up communications
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English; other languages (French, German, Spanish) are an advantage
- Previous hospitality or guest services experience preferred
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Based in Hoi An or Da Nang
