About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tour operations and logistics
• Liaise with drivers, guides, and hotel partners
• Handle tour amendments and last-minute changes
• Ensure quality control for all tour services
• Prepare and distribute daily run sheets

Requirements

• Experience in tour operations or logistics coordination
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Local knowledge of Central Vietnam preferred
