Day 1 SAPA ARRIVAL & TOWN EXPLORATION (D)
Arrive in Sapa town at 1,500m. Afternoon walk around the weekend market where Black Hmong, Red Dao, and Tay minorities trade colourful textiles. Welcome dinner featuring Sapa specialties — grilled salmon, black pork, and local vegetables.

Day 2 CAT CAT VILLAGE & MUONG HOA VALLEY TREK (L)
Trek to Cat Cat Village through terraced rice fields. Visit a Black Hmong family home — hemp weaving, silver jewellery, batik dyeing. Continue through Muong Hoa Valley floor, crossing suspension bridges to Ta Van Village.

Day 3 FANSIPAN CABLE CAR & RETURN HANOI (B)
Take the record-breaking Fansipan cable car to Vietnam's highest peak at 3,143m — the Roof of Indochina. Views stretch across three countries on clear days. Descend and transfer back to Hanoi by afternoon.
